- Enough overhead height to allow for installation of overhead cranes, we now have 32 to 40 foot truss heights
- To keep our operations under one roof, avoiding wasted space
- Wanted to be able to increase the amount of space available for Humidity Controlled Storage
- Wanted enough space to be able to add “Bonded Storage” to our services
